How many people can I try it with?

Depending on the size of your company, you can choose up to 10 people to participate in the trial.

 

Who should I choose?

Ideally choose a team of people that perform similar work and report to a single manager.

 

How long will it take?

We will get back to you immediately with the information required to set up the trial. The trial will be available within 12 hours of us receiving the information.

Each person will spend approximately 10 – 20 minutes creating their profile and validating other people’s profiles.

The process is usually completed within 2 weeks, but it all depends on the response time of the participants.

 

What is the process?

We will send all participants an invitation to access the application. There will be on-going customized communication that will manage the process until it is complete.

You will receive the report as soon as all data is available, or after 2 weeks, whichever comes first.

 

What is the benefit for the participants?

All the participants will be able to identify their strengths, match to various career challenges and situations, and access coaching plans to develop any attributes that they identify as important.

 

How much will this cost to roll out to all my employees?

You can provide the application to all employees for free, you only pay when you want the talent analysis reports for specific individuals.
